Hu Jintao Congratulates Aleksander Lukashenko

Chairman of the People’s Republic of China Hu Jintao congratulated Aleksander Lukashenko on winning the presidential election that took place in Belarus on March 19, 2006.

The congratulatory message takes note of the successful development of the Chinese-Belarusian cooperation since the diplomatic relations between the two countries were established.

The congratulatory message also emphasizes the stable political situation in Belarus as well as successful economic development and high living standards.

Chairman of the People’s Republic of China Hu Jintao expressed his confidence that by joining efforts the Chinese-Belarusian cooperation will yield greater benefits.
