On March 20, 2006, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin
congratulated Aleksander Lukashenko on winning the presidential election
that took place in Belarus on March 19, 2006.
Following is the text of a congratulation letter that President of the
Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent to President of the Republic of
Belarus Aleksander Lukashenko.
