Statement by the Embassy of Belarus
In connection with
the statement by the White House press secretary of 25
February 2008 the Embassy makes public that Belarusian Government
expressed earlier its willingness to rush Irina Kozulina who was ill with
cancer for medical treatment in Germany.
Aleksandr Kozulin was proposed to
accompany his spouse on her journey. He refused to do so.
Aleksandr Kozulin was convicted and
sentenced by Moskovsky Court of the City of Minsk for hooliganism and
incitement to mass disorder.
These are the facts, and the official Washington is fully
aware of these facts. |
