processes rough diamonds into polished diamonds and sells wholesale since
1998. Situated in the free economic zone the company makes shipments of
polished diamonds exempt from export license.
BELGRAN’s factory is equipped with 62
polishing mills as well as the other necessary machines and tools made in
Russia, Belgium, Israel, Armenia, and Ukraine. The best results are achieved
from every diamond through the efficient quality control system including
computer-aided analysis of rough and unfinished diamonds. Manufacturing
covers diamonds above 10 carats. Diamonds can be cut into rounds and any
fancies.
BELGRAN buys rough diamonds from ALROSA
and the other reliable sources, takes part in the International auctions for
the sales of special size rough diamonds, and is a member of the Diamond
Bourse in Moscow.
BELGRAN offers parcels of polished
diamonds for sale; custom-making of polished diamonds in accordance with an
order; participation of the customer’s representative in the selection of
rough diamonds and financing the purchase of the diamonds to be further cut
into polished under the customer’s control at our factory; manufacturing the
customer’s rough diamonds on mutually beneficial terms.
